In this project, I analyzed user pain points within Netflix’s content discovery experience and developed a streamlined interface to improve engagement and satisfaction. Using user research, wireframing, and prototyping, I designed a refined recommendation system that enhances personalization and simplifies content exploration, making it easier for users to find shows and movies that match their preferences.
